Our People

Some background about the humans behind our services.

Colin is a global human capital executive and advisor with more than 25 years of experience helping organisations bring clarity, control, and confidence to complex workforce decisions.

A former Global Chief Operating Officer, he has led worldwide operations, built offshore capability centres, and delivered human capital solutions for global brands, driving significant revenue growth and operational efficiency.

Today, Colin advises boards and executive teams on workforce strategy, governance, and people risk, including leading global off-payroll workforce programmes across more than 100 countries. His work sits at the intersection of Talent Acquisition, HR, workforce planning, and contingent labour, where cost, delivery, and compliance risks most often collide.

Colin is trusted by leadership teams facing scaling pressure, rising contractor spend, off-payroll exposure, or board-level scrutiny. Known for his pragmatic, plain-spoken style, he helps organisations move beyond fragmented decisions and long transformation programmes, providing clear insight, practical options, and a confident path forward.

Simon is a workforce strategy and talent infrastructure advisor with more than 25 years of experience helping organisations design how they attract, govern and deploy permanent and non permanent talent.

He has worked with, for and alongside hundreds of organisations across sectors, fixing broken Talent Acquisition models, strengthening contingent workforce governance and aligning people decisions with commercial reality.

Over his career Simon has operated on both the client and supplier side, shaping MSP and RPO solutions, leading complex IR35 and off payroll programmes and redesigning TA, HR and supplier operating models to improve delivery, cost control and risk management. His work spans scaling businesses, programme heavy environments and public bodies that rely heavily on contractors, consultancies and partners to deliver critical outcomes.

Simon leads on our Workforce Clarity Diagnostic, working with boards, executives and people leaders who need a rapid, objective view of how their workforce model really functions.

He has a practical, candid style and diagnostic led approach, and he helps leadership teams cut through noise, uncover the real causes of workforce friction and convert that insight into clear priorities and action.
