We developed the Workforce Clarity Diagnostic after seeing the same failure modes across hundreds of organisations: fragmented ownership of workforce decisions, opaque contractor and consultancy spend, and HR and TA teams working hard on symptoms rather than causes.

The diagnostic is a short, structured engagement that turns fragmented perspectives from Finance, HR, Talent Acquisition, Technology and Delivery into one cohesive picture. In a matter of days, you receive a clear view of where your current workforce set up is strong, where it is fragile and what to change first.

What It Does

Every diagnostic includes:

  • Maps how work is really planned, resourced and governed across permanent staff, contractors and partners
  • Highlights inefficiencies, risks and misalignments in planning, process, capability, systems, suppliers and governance
  • Surfaces where HR foundations, culture and people practices are enabling or blocking delivery
  • Provides a simple maturity and risk heat map and a short list of high impact, realistic interventions
